I think when it comes to feeling left behind or missing out on doing the things we said we would, we are often our own worst enemy. In the end, we have to understand that nobody is sitting behind us with a stop watch screaming "faster loser".

You know, I really do think that’s the actual visual that people have. Some ticked off “Mr. Woodcock” gym teacher with a stopwatch. Or at least, the visual they’d have if they were like me and thought in cartoons and movie clips most of the time…
